Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) aim to comprehensively regulate the conditions for utilizing and providing services offered by Hello Wood Resorts Ltd. (hereinafter: Service Provider) for accommodation (hereinafter: Accommodation/Service) and related services, as well as the terms and conditions for using the reservation system and the online store available on the website www.hellowoodresorts.com (hereinafter: Website).
The application of these GTC does not exclude the creation of specific or individual agreements with travel agencies, intermediaries, tour operators, or other individuals or partners who cooperate with the Service Provider to promote and sell the services provided by the Service Provider.

General and Interpretative Provisions
By ordering services provided by the Service Provider through the Website or by other means, a contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the customer (hereinafter: Contracting Party) in accordance with the conditions defined by these GTC. The contract is considered a Hungarian language, non-written contract formed between remote parties via the Internet, the content of which can be retrieved later from the reservation system but is not archived by the Service Provider and does not refer to a code of conduct.
The Contracting Party, by submitting a reservation on the Website, acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions defined in these GTC and agrees to be bound by them.
The Service Provider explicitly informs the Contracting Party that the order acceptance is valid only if the Contracting Party accepts and acknowledges the provisions of these GTC by marking the designated checkbox in the reservation system or online store.
Definitions:
Service Provider: Hello Wood Resorts Limited Liability Company (short name: Hello Wood Resorts Ltd.)
Contracting Party: The natural or legal person, or business entity ordering or utilizing the Service Provider’s services. The Contracting Party is also the natural person who actually utilizes the Service Provider’s service. The person ordering and/or utilizing the service is referred to collectively as the Guest.
Service Agreement: The agreement between the Service Provider and the Guest, which is concluded when conditions are met. The Service Provider and Guest are referred to together as the Contracting Parties.
Accommodation Service: The provision of accommodation for a short-term stay, which typically includes an overnight stay and rest, and the provision of related services.
Website: The Service Provider’s website at www.hellowoodresorts.com. No prior registration is required to use the Website or make reservations or purchases on the Website.
Creation of the Service Agreement, Booking Process, and Modifications:
The Contracting Party and/or Guest will send a request for an offer via email or the Service Provider’s online booking system. The Service Provider will send an offer to the Guest within 36 hours of receiving the request. If no formal order is received from the Guest within 48 hours of the offer being sent, the Service Provider is no longer bound by the offer.
The request for an offer sent via email or the online system must include the names, addresses, and email addresses of the guests, the exact arrival and departure dates, the selected type of accommodation, and the services requested.
The Guest must respond to the offer with a written order within 48 hours. If the Guest wishes to book multiple periods, separate orders must be sent for each. If the Guest submits a single order for multiple periods, the Service Provider is not responsible for fulfilling the order, and the Service Provider is not liable for any damages the Guest may incur.
The Service Agreement is concluded when the Guest sends a proper order, which is then confirmed in writing by the Service Provider. The agreement is considered a non-written contract.
The Service Provider explicitly draws the Contracting Party’s attention to the fact that it can only be considered a valid booking once the Service Provider has confirmed the order in writing, including the confirmation of accommodation availability.
Cancellation of the Service, Withdrawal, Termination
The Guest agrees to inform the Service Provider in writing of any cancellations, modifications, or changes at least 48 hours before the start of the service.
The Guest/Contracting Party can cancel the service without penalty if they notify the Service Provider in writing before the 30th day prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation between the 29th and 14th day before the arrival date incurs a penalty of 50% of the service fee. If the cancellation is made within 13 days of the arrival date, the penalty is 100% of the service fee.
In the case of group or individual orders, cancellation conditions will be determined individually.
The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the agreement or refuse service by sending a written statement 30 days before the service begins.
Early Check-in:
Early check-in is available by prior written agreement, depending on availability, and the fee is 10,000 HUF/room, payable in advance via bank transfer or on-site by credit card.
Late Check-out:
Late check-out is possible by prior written agreement and availability, with a fee of 20,000 HUF/room until 12:00 PM. If the check-out is missed, an additional 20,000 HUF will be automatically charged after 10:30 AM.
Other Services
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed in selected accommodations. Small to medium-sized, well-groomed, house-trained dogs are allowed for an additional fee. Large dogs are not accepted.
Voucher Policy:
The Service Provider offers gift vouchers on the Website, which can be purchased for use towards accommodation or related services. These vouchers are valid for up to 8 months from purchase.
The voucher’s value must be used in a single transaction, and if the value exceeds the service total, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
Webshop and Service Orders:
The Service Provider operates a closed webshop for services related to accommodation. The Contracting Party can order these services without prior registration.
The Contracting Party’s data (such as name, address, email) will be collected for processing the order, including legal obligations such as invoicing.
Payment Methods:
Payment for services can be made via bank transfer, cash on-site, or by credit card (Barion) or SZÉP card.
